DMIRS Law Exam Preparation
This program is designed to assist candidates prepare for success when enrolling into the statutory certification examination undertaken in the Mines Statutory Positions Portal (MSPP) with the Department of Energy Mines Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS).

Outline
COST: $399 per learner
RECOMMENDED FOR: Workers being appointed into a Statutory Position including a site senior executive, exploration manager or Schedule 26 position.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: There are no pre-requisites for this DEMIRS Law Exam Preparation. It is advised that candidates have attained all the risk management units of competency required for their appointed Statutory Position prior.
DELIVERY STRUCTURE: Face to face training will be delivered over one day with access to our online self-test portal ongoing. Training days are from 8:00am to 4:00pm AWST.
INHOUSE TRAINING This course can be customised to suit your organisation and delivered in a flexible format to suit your workplace requirements.
ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS The DEMIRS Law Exam Preparation Course is non accredited. There are no formal assessments to complete.
REQUIRED RESOURCES MHJA will provide a full set of learning materials to learners. Trainers will utilise detailed lesson plans and customised Power Point presentations. A laptop that enables you to access the internet via Wi-Fi is essential. Please note that Microsoft Office Suite is required to be installed.
CERTIFICATION: Upon successful completion participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
