Overview
This Front End Loader Ticket in Perth/ Conduct Civil Construction Wheeled Front End Loader Operations course is aimed at those currently working or seeking work in operational roles in Civil construction industries and will be required to operate a wheeled front-end loader.
Applicants are required to hold a valid Class C licence as a minimum. If you’ve just arrived in Australia, you can join the course with your international C-Class licence, as it’s valid for up to three months. After that, you’ll need a WA driver’s licence or an International Driver’s Licence Permit (IDP) to participate.
Students will attain the theoretical knowledge and practical application and understanding required to safely and efficiently operate a wheeled front-end loader and will be able to:
Plan Wheeled Front End Loader Operations
Interpret documentation
Clarify instructions
Identify hazards
Select PPE
Arrange traffic signage
Choose suitable equipment
Prepare for emergencies, and coordinate on-site.
Operate Front End Loader
Conduct pre-start checks
Rectify/report faults, drive and operate adapting to work conditions
Monitor hazards and safety, and manage equipment performance.
Load Handling
Confirm load weight, use lifting gear safely
Position machinery effectively, shift load using communication signals, and perform post-operation inspection.
Relocate Loader
Prepare for relocation
Safely move between areas, assist in loading/unloading.
Housekeeping
Clean work area
Manage hazards and complete necessary documentation.

To enter the Front End Loader Ticket in Perth WA, you must meet the following requirements:
Must be 18 years old and above
Applicants are required to hold a valid Class C licence as a minimum. If you’ve just arrived in Australia, you can join the course with your international C-Class licence, as it’s valid for up to three months. On successful completion of this course, students will receive a:
Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for RIIMPO321F – Conduct civil construction wheeled front end loader operations
Please come to 42 Belmont Avenue to collect your Statement of Attainment certificate after you've completed your training. The Unique Student Identifier (USI) must be supplied and verified prior to issuance.
Obtaining this ticket does not authorise you to operate this machine on public roads unless you hold a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence. You are only permitted to drive the machine within your worksite. If you need to obtain an HR licence, visit: Department of Transport WA – Heavy Rigid Licence.
