The TLILIC0003 Licence to operate a forklift truck is a competency-based training course designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently. This course is mandatory for anyone who wants to operate a forklift truck in the workplace.
Our course price includes the cost of High Risk Licensing.
Outline
This 2 day course covers a range of topics such as:
- Identifying workplace hazards and risks associated with forklift operations
- Conducting pre-operational checks and maintenance on forklift trucks
- Operating forklift trucks safely, including load handling, manoeuvring, and positioning techniques
- Communicating effectively with other workers in the workplace
- Shutting down and securing forklift trucks at the end of a shift.
To obtain the TLILIC0003 Licence to operate a forklift truck, you will need to participate in both theoretical and practical training. You will also need to pass an assessment which includes a written component and a practical demonstration of your forklift operation skills.
Once you have completed the TLILIC0003 course and passed the assessment, you will be issued with a forklift truck licence which is recognised across Australia. This licence will enable you to operate a forklift truck in the workplace and help you to advance your career in the logistics or manufacturing industries.
