 HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is an accredited course that provides the skills and knowledge to respond to an emergency situation and provide first aid to a casualty.

The course is delivered face-to-face training and assessment, with a focus on developing practical skills through hands-on practice and scenario-based training. Completion of the course results in a nationally recognized statement of attainment in HLTAID011 Provide First Aid.

The HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course is designed to teach participants the knowledge and practical skills required to perform CPR on adults, children and infants.

The course typically runs for a few hours and includes both theoretical and practical components. Participants will learn through a combination of videos, discussions and hands-on practice with mannequins. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of attainment that is valid for 12 months.

HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is an accredited course that provides the skills and knowledge to respond to an emergency situation and provide first aid to a casualty. Some of the key topics covered in the course include:

 - Assessing the scene and the casualty's condition

- Performing CPR and using an automated external defibrillator (AED)

- Providing first aid for bleeding, snake bites, burns, and other injuries

- Managing unconscious casualties

- Administering asthma and anaphylaxis medication

- Communicating the details of the incident to emergency services

The HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course is designed to teach participants the knowledge and practical skills required to perform CPR on adults, children and infants. The course covers a range of topics, including:

 - The principles and procedures of performing CPR

- The chain of survival

- The signs and symptoms of a heart attack and cardiac arrest

- How to use an automated external defibrillator (AED)

- Techniques for performing rescue breathing and chest compressions

- The importance of seeking professional medical assistance during emergencies
