Overview
The 5 hour Workplace Behaviours & Respect@Work workshop is delivered as an in-house training workshop to maximise your worker coverage
Bad behaviour in the workplace has been an ongoing issue in Australian workplaces for many years.
Inappropriate behaviours can not only result in physical injury to co-workers but also
psychological injuries can occur from behaviours that target individual workers.
Inappropriate behaviours can be displayed by workers and also managers and supervisors. The workshop is reflective of the Code of Practice on Workplace Behaviours and the Respect@Work Report.
